What you will do

• Lead the Quality Assurance team, strategy, and deliveries for ForexClear.
• Inspire change across engineering teams and embed quality throughout the SDLC.
• Define and deliver the testing strategy, aligning with group standards and enterprise architecture.
• Define and own performance metrics to measure progress against quality engineering goals.
• Champion modern testing tools, practices, and test automation framework strategy.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to testing and development communities.

Requirements

• Experience in leading quality engineering function.
• Proven track record of implementing quality engineering practices and test automation (regression, functional, performance, resilience).
• Practical experience with test management technologies like Zephyr and TestRail.
• Knowledge and experience using test definition/execution frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber.
• Agile experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of financial products in FX.
• Ability to read and understand code.
