What you will do

• Manage and coordinate business-driven change and portfolio delivery.
• Track, monitor, and implement improvements to systems and infrastructure.
• Identify and monitor IT capacity requirements and optimize cost-effective solutions.
• Escalate risks and issues, ensuring operational readiness.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and collaborate across teams.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents in complex IT environments.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT systems and capacity planning.
• Ability to manage complex environments and deliver change effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Analytical mindset for performance monitoring and cost optimization.
• 8+ years’ experience in an IT or technology support role with 3+ years of project management experience.
• Must be willing to step up and drive major incidents involving production environments with a strong sense of urgency.

Nice to have

• PMP/Prince 2 Certification.
• ITIL 4.0 Certification.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Exposure to AI based analysis and reporting.
