Salary: $104,900 - $174,700 USD per year

What you will do

  • Collaborate with VP of Product to define and execute strategic vision for nursing education products.
  • Drive product roadmap prioritization and launch integrated offerings across web and mobile.
  • Innovate to enhance nursing education experiences and deliver exceptional customer value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including technology, content, and commercial strategists.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to improve product performance.
  • Lead product-led growth initiatives and analyze data to refine and expand product functionalities.

Requirements

  • Must have 6+ years experience delivering SaaS and B2B products, with 3+ years in Education Technology or nurse education preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in technical or education design fields.
  • Experience owning complex global products or sizable features end-to-end.
  • Proven track record releasing new products/features from concept to post-release management.
  • Technical knowledge to understand product decision implications.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Pendo.
