What you will do
- Develop and communicate a clear strategy and roadmap for the TI Platform core, aligning with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on the product based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in product management roles, with experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Strong experience in software product management, preferably in Data Platform, SaaS, or technology-related industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching complex software products.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and an analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
