Salary: $276,000–$414,000 annually (in the United States, based on pay zone).

What you will do

• Drive the technical roadmap for the Content Relevance team and optimize personalized video recommendation systems.
• Advance core ML capabilities, designing, implementing, and scaling the overall architecture of content recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align on ML strategies and improve the ML tech stack.
• Stay updated with the latest machine learning technology and apply it to complex problems.
• Provide technical direction that influences the entire company.

Requirements

• 9+ years of post-Bachelor’s machine learning experience (or equivalent with Master’s/PhD).
• 2+ years of experience with technical leadership or acting as a domain-expert.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning approaches, algorithms, and their applications (advertising, recommendation, search).
• Experience setting direction for a team focused on online ranking/recommendation models.
• Ability to design, train, and optimize advanced machine learning models.
• Excellent programming and software design skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommendation systems.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related deep learning frameworks.
• Advanced degree in machine learning, computer vision, or mathematics.
• Experience contributing to AI publications.
