Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (up to $304,200 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City).

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs across ad delivery, AI/ML systems, or real-time infrastructure.
• Define execution strategy and milestones, driving accountability and tracking progress across teams.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
• Review system designs, ensuring adherence to performance and reliability standards and managing technical dependencies.
• Provide program updates and risks to leadership, translating complex issues into actionable narratives.
• Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., latency, throughput, availability) to guide program priorities and evaluate success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 4+ years of leading cross-functional, high-ambiguity programs in tech organizations, delivering AI/ML-powered or real-time systems at scale.
• 3+ years of experience driving technical programs in ML/AI, search, knowledge graph, and/or information retrieval.
• 2+ years of experience driving publisher-facing technical programs involving large-scale capabilities for publisher onboarding, content catalog management, entitlement, value attribution, and billing.
