What you will do

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle databases.
• Perform database monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies using RMAN.
• Ensure database security, user management, and access controls.
• Support high availability solutions such as RAC and Data Guard.
• Troubleshoot database issues and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in production environments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database administration (11g/12c/19c or higher).
• Hands-on experience with RMAN, performance tuning, and SQL optimization.
• Experience with RAC, Data Guard, and high availability setups.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle upgrades and migrations.
• Exposure to cloud databases (OCI/AWS/Azure – Oracle on cloud).
• Knowledge of scripting (Shell/PLSQL) for automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
