What you will do
- Gain deep expertise in CRM (Aon Connect) and MDM (Reltio) systems.
- Develop and maintain processes for client mastering using standardized identifiers.
- Implement strategies for employee and contact-level mastering to ensure accurate and unified records.
- Analyze data quality issues and design remediation plans for data integrity.
- Collaborate with teams to align data mastering practices with enterprise governance.
- Support reporting and analytics by providing clean, standardized data sets.
- Write data focused code (SQL) for data import/export with MDM solutions.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in data engineering/analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, MDM, CRM, ETL, and data transformation.
- Experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Mastering.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
