TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Tech Touch, German): Building effective relationships and maximizing customer lifetime value within an assigned portfolio by delivering a great customer experience and optimizing product use. Focus on customer onboarding, identifying upsell opportunities, driving product adoption, and managing renewals.

What you will do

  • Forge relationships with new customers and understand their objectives.
  • Develop a strategy and plan for achieving customer objectives, leveraging hirify.global assessment tools.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including account configuration, product training, and initial campaigns.
  • Monitor customer usage, adoption, and customer health metrics.
  • Perform periodic business reviews to confirm satisfaction and drive product adoption.
  • Coordinate and assist with customer renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities to meet bookings targets.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Strong verbal and written communications and superior customer service skills.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
