What you will do
- Forge relationships with new customers and understand their objectives.
- Develop a strategy and plan for achieving customer objectives, leveraging hirify.global assessment tools.
- Manage the onboarding process, including account configuration, product training, and initial campaigns.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption, and customer health metrics.
- Perform periodic business reviews to confirm satisfaction and drive product adoption.
- Coordinate and assist with customer renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities to meet bookings targets.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
- Fluent in German.
- Strong verbal and written communications and superior customer service skills.
- Resume must be submitted in English.
