What you will do
- Forge relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their objectives and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Assess customer SAT program maturity and strategize with leadership to develop a sustainable security culture.
- Manage the onboarding process, including account configuration, training, and initial phishing campaigns.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics to drive additional value throughout the subscription term.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and strategic engagement reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Identify opportunities for add-ons and upgrades, coordinating with Account Managers on cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
- Experience managing accounts with complex IT systems and 1000+ employees.
- Experience communicating with high-level executives and maintaining composure.
- Familiarity with IT Security Field concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, Microsoft Excel and Word, Gmail and Google Docs, and web browsers.
- Fluent in Arabic and French.
