Solutions Engineer: Explaining technical and functional aspects of 's products, providing technical advice to the sales team. Focus on guiding customers through the implementation of the solution and resolving critical product issues.
Location: Hybrid - Sydney, Australia - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in office.

What you will do
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products or services to customers and prospects.
- Guide customers through the implementation of the solution.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and other internal departments to resolve critical product issues and make improvements for future releases.
Requirements
- 2+ Years’ experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Proficient in Windows (Windows registry, services, etc.) and have working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills that deliver messages with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to efficiently multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks.
- This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
