Location: Remote (United States), with required monthly customer-facing onsite travel and quarterly planning offsites.

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with customers to define, design, and evolve Community strategies using hirify.global solutions.
• Advise customer executives and Community leaders on optimizing strategies and leveraging innovative approaches.
• Lead strategic consulting engagements, workshops, and innovation sessions with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Deliver tailored value assessments, maturity reviews, and business cases, defining measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and enhance customer offerings, developing repeatable frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or strategic consulting.
• Significant leadership experience in customer success roles, driving retention and growth.
• Proven experience in research, analysis, and presentation of customer insights.
• Domain expertise in customer communities and related functions (CS, Customer Education, Support).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences, including C-suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide recommendations.
