What you will do

• Independently manage complex customer projects within the CBDC ecosystem (backend applications, apps, wallets, smart cards).
• Confidently control projects and manage project teams over the entire project cycle from requirements analysis to implementation.
• Anticipate and control project risks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders on different hierarchical levels in an international environment.
• Ensure subcontractors are well-managed in terms of scope, quality, and timelines.
• Process tenders together with the sales department and technical contact persons.

Requirements

• Proven years of experience in managing complex IT projects for customers.
• Demonstrate resilience and decisive leadership under pressure, maintaining strategic focus.
• Communicate convincingly in English (C1), both internally and with customer contact persons at all hierarchical levels.
• Possess excellent analytical skills to quickly understand new, complex topics and make decisions based on limited information.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to customers on a regular basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with projects in the area of payment or with solutions requiring high IT security.
• Experience with Economics or Central Banks.
• Proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, French, German, or Arabic.
