What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent, complex programs and Technical Program Managers, defining goals and tracking KPIs.
• Provide coordination and communication across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a change agent to develop, drive, and streamline new processes for faster time to market.
• Take ownership of product quality, metrics, and delivery across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Oversee CapEx planning for engineering programs and support team growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Management Experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team of program managers and complex, feature-rich programs through the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence and lead technical teams and cross-functional groups.
• Solid project and technical judgment with the ability to interpret high-level technical architecture.
• Deep experience leading complex hardware and software product releases with expertise in Agile and Waterfall processes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical groups.
