What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to align teams and resolve issues.
• Manage project scope, changes, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading projects in Fintech, financial services, or consultancy settings.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business and data processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Confident in managing client relationships.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the asset management industry and key business workflows.
• Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile qualifications.
