Focus on managing sales cycles, fostering relationships with partners, and achieving above-quota results through effective pipeline management.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and assist sales reps in closing complex transactions.
  • Manage pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results.
  • Develop the Southeast US market and maintain relationships with potential partners.
  • Coordinate pipeline reviews, meetings, mentoring, and training sessions.
  • Attract, hire, coach, onboard, and retain top sales talent.

Requirements

  • Senior sales experience with leadership and management track record.
  • Hunter with over 10 years of field and remote sales experience.
  • Networking and/or Security solutions B2B sales experience.
  • Enterprise experience selling to C-Level and Technical buyers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Channel recruitment and enablement experience.

Nice to have

  • Start-up experience is an advantage.
  • Experience selling cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience is a strong advantage.
