What you will do
- Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and assist sales reps in closing complex transactions.
- Manage pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results.
- Develop the Southeast US market and maintain relationships with potential partners.
- Coordinate pipeline reviews, meetings, mentoring, and training sessions.
- Attract, hire, coach, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
Requirements
- Senior sales experience with leadership and management track record.
- Hunter with over 10 years of field and remote sales experience.
- Networking and/or Security solutions B2B sales experience.
- Enterprise experience selling to C-Level and Technical buyers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Channel recruitment and enablement experience.
Nice to have
- Start-up experience is an advantage.
- Experience selling cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience is a strong advantage.
