Location: This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $93,000 - $140,000 USD (depending on location)

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver against critical growth priorities.

• Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
• Provide clear, consistent communication and insights to business partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally working on relevant corporate roles within Finance, Legal, People & Administrative organizations.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies.
• Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate uncharted areas.

• Ability to think on your feet and have enough humility to ask questions.
