What you will do

• Design effective user experiences based on research and data.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs with great attention to detail.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to align solutions with user needs.
• Apply and contribute to our design system to maintain consistency across different products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and make data-driven decisions.
• Document designs and decisions made throughout the process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design and User Experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working in UX design teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience in research, interface design, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with analytics and testing tools and design systems.
• High level of English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or financial sector.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and digital product optimization.
• Basic knowledge of the most popular current technologies.
