What you will do

• Define and deliver end-to-end digital measurement strategies aligned to data objectives.
• Lead the design, evolution, and scale-up of Tagging & Taxonomy (T&T) frameworks.
• Develop measurement plans, KPI frameworks, and data capture requirements.
• Partner with implementation and engineering teams to operationalize tagging and taxonomy.
• Translate ambiguous business and marketing questions into structured data and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, IT, privacy, and agency partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, analytics consulting, marketing operations, or data enablement.
• Strong experience in measurement planning, tagging & taxonomy, or web analytics roles.
• Proven consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of digital campaign workflows, omnichannel marketing, and analytics ecosystems.
• Hands-on familiarity with GA4, GTM, CDPs, UTMs, and enterprise reporting concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma or life sciences digital marketing and analytics.
• Exposure to tagging governance tools (e.g., Claravine, Accutics, Smartsheet).
• Experience supporting CDP, personalization, or Next Best Action (NBA) initiatives.
• MBA or background in strategy / management consulting.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
