What you will do

• Transform entire parts of the app to create a genuinely great user experience.
• Work closely with Founders and Engineering teams to ship interactive, production-ready features.
• Build own projects from scratch, including growth features or experimental design interfaces.
• Build systems and scale your design into production by coding components and a design system for fast AI prototyping.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience building own products or working in a B2C startup.
• Shipped high-performing interfaces that both moved metrics and delighted users.
• Deeply care about quality, micro-animations, user delight, and the full experience.
• Ability to think in systems, with data, and for millions of users.
• Strong building skills to create MVPs for product ideas quickly.
• Proficiency in coding own components and building a design system.

• Deep-dive call with Gregor (CPO) to review the app and design thinking.
• Paid onsite day to meet the team, explore designs together, and a final founder interview.
• Offer provided the next day, followed by contract signing and onboarding.
