hirify.global’s Engineering team builds and scales technologies to improve website visibility in Search Engines or AI search results by crawling, rendering, and indexing millions of pages and analyzing diverse datasets at a rare scale.

What you will do

• Lead and define the infrastructure roadmap, prioritize projects, and guarantee their success.
• Create new infrastructures or iterate on existing ones, either on projects led by the infra team or co-driven by development squads.
• Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure-related questions or help from development teams.
• Work closely with the Security team, participating in committees and organizing proofs of compliance for SOC2 audits.
• Actively monitor infra costs to either lower them or prevent their growth, and prepare the annual infra budget.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Infrastructure/cloud DevOps experience.
• First experience in team management, including demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong experience working with cloud providers like AWS/GCP, ideally both.
• Experience managing mission-critical platforms (SLA 99.5%+) and/or data processing platforms.
• Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with a high-level scripting language (ideally Python).
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
