Salary: $215,000–$290,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the strategy for hirify.global’s digital retail banking, including online, mobile, and conversational AI.
• Build a connected digital ecosystem by integrating teams, platforms, and partner systems.
• Oversee the design, build, and scaling of digital experience platforms to deliver value and continuous improvements.
• Track KPIs, OKRs, adoption, and ROI to steer digital transformation and improve member satisfaction.
• Drive agile practices to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery velocity across teams.
• Collaborate with Technology to modernize core systems towards API-driven, cloud-native platforms.
• Champion accessibility and inclusion in all digital solutions.
• Explore and deploy emerging technologies like AI and open banking to deliver smarter services.
• Manage vendor strategy to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives, aligning technology decisions with business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in digital banking, fintech, or retail financial services.
• Expertise in cloud banking platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of mobile technologies, APIs, AI/ML applications, and digital UX/UI.
• Skilled in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and digital product management.
