Product Manager

TL;DR

Product Manager: Refining and developing the product roadmap and requirements for device management products with an accent on stakeholder management, customer interaction, and market research. Focus on delivering features that meet business goals, defining product strategy, and analyzing product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities.

Location: This is a hybrid role open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters, USA.

What you will do

• Deliver features that accomplish business goals and are well-liked by users.
• Define the roadmap for your problem space and get internal and external alignment through stakeholder management.
• Interview customers or prospects to identify underserved needs and validate feature ideas.
• Perform market and competitor research to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop product requirements, user stories, and PRDs.
• Analyze product usage data and qualitative customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Proven track record of launching and supporting customer-facing features or products.
• Ability to identify problems and create impactful solutions.
• Experience with MDM systems or an IT background.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• The majority of hirify.global's full-time roles do not qualify for sponsorship of employment visas such as the H-1B visa.
