What you will do
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to grow sales revenue within corporate accounts.
- Promote operational excellence through pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Provide data-based updates to leadership regarding quota attainment and team performance.
- Develop a close partnership with marketing teams to foster seamless collaboration.
- Translate market and customer insights into feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Create and execute sales pitches and messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- 3+ years of previous success leading sales teams. Fintech experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales technologies.
- Superior leadership and management skills.
