What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for Infrastructure Observability, aligning with organizational and company strategy.
• Identify gaps in the end-to-end experience and define the roadmap to fill those gaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch experiences.
• Work with Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.

Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years in product management or a closely related area.
• Knowledge of the Observability and/or performance monitoring domain.
• Experience in monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services powering modern applications.
• Comfort working with and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed work environment.
• Knowledge of open-source software.
