What you will do

• Drive UX strategy, aligning design vision with long-term company goals.
• Architect system-level navigation and information architecture that scales across millions of experiences.
• Define the visual language and interaction patterns for in-experience controls.
• Lead UX strategy for illustrating spatial selections in 3D, translating innovation into production-ready solutions.
• Iterate with product managers and data scientists, using data-driven and user research insights to refine UX strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, managing scalable systems, design patterns, and information architecture.
• Strong craft across visual design, interaction design, and design systems.
• Proven track record of organizing complex content into intuitive, navigable frameworks.
• Knowledge of designing for mobile, desktop, console, and XR environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and relevant visual tools.
• Exceptional communication skills to present strategic design reasoning and move stakeholders to action.

Nice to have

• Advanced prototyping using Origami, After Effects, or 3D tools.
