What you will do

• Advise HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation programs and concerns.
• Triage compensation-related issues and serve as the first point of contact for compensation programs and recruitment questions.
• Support compensation initiatives through projects like market compensation analysis and program administration.
• Utilize market data for compensation analyses to aid stakeholders with decision-making.
• Support compensation practices ensuring compliance with federal and local laws and regulations.
• Take on other projects within the broader HR Operations function.

Requirements

• Direct experience with Compensation programs, plans, and processes.
• Consultative experience in development and administration of compensation programs (base pay and variable pay).
• Experience with HRIS Technology, preferably Workday.
• Experience with major compensation survey vendors, especially Radford.
• Demonstrated intermediate Excel and/or Google Sheets experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively.
