TL;DR

Associate Recruiter (New Grad): Supporting full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and operations teams with an accent on proactive candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate experience. Focus on coordinating complex interview schedules across time zones and implementing improvements to recruiting workflows.

Location: Onsite in San Mateo, CA, United States. Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Partner with recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and operations roles.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and support early-stage candidate evaluation.
  • Manage candidate coordination and scheduling across phone screens, virtual, and onsite interviews, including multi-time zone and international coordination.
  • Maintain candidate workflows and data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Support offer processes, reference checks, and onboarding handoffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and sourcing.
  • Curiosity and persistence when engaging passive candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn.
