What you will do

  • Drive customer success by increasing platform adoption, value realization, and growth.
  • Lead user enablement through product trainings and best practice recommendations.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects to guide customers through project management and technical requirements.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to optimize platform use and maximize product value.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Function as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, digital consultancy, or project management, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Experience supporting a highly technical product and managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, communicate effectively at all levels, and influence others.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
