Engineering Team Leader (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Engineering Team Leader (Fullstack): Leading the development of a complex donation landing page product with an accent on multiple payment methods, localization, and A/B testing. Focus on making technical decisions, managing technical debt, and mentoring a team of Fullstack developers.

Location: Remote (CET hours preferred). Team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

Salary: €6,250 - €6,750 + stock options

What you will do

• Lead a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
• Write and review code (approx. 70/30 management/coding split).
• Ensure adherence to company processes and engineering guidelines.
• Own feature delivery and deadline adherence.
• Make technical decisions and prepare technical designs.
• Manage technical debt and maintain the technical backlog.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager managing a team of 5-10 developers.
• Hands-on leadership who can write code, make sound technical decisions, and design systems thoughtfully.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• At least 5 years of experience in product companies working with TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
• English B2+ level required.
• Russian-speaking team.
