Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading a product team to optimize and expand clearing services for hirify.global's self-clearing broker-dealer, with an accent on post-trade services, settlement, and new product functionality. Location: This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Lead a product team focusing on optimizing and expanding clearing services.
  • Establish product vision and shared priorities aligning with hirify.global’s mission.
  • Deliver efficient and scalable solutions for post-trade activity management.
  • Work cross-functionally to ship high-impact features.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality platform products.
  • 5+ years of experience in brokerage, market-making, or institutional trading.
  • Familiarity using research, experimentation, and product analytics to connect platform decision making with customer experience.
  • Passion for financial products and improving people’s financial lives.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be based in Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
