What you will do
- Drive new customer acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing net new SMB customers in your assigned territory.
- Conduct compelling online demos of hirify.global's Security Awareness Training Platform.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through relationship building and consistent prospecting activities.
- Identify key decision makers, qualify opportunities, and navigate SMB buying processes.
- Act strategically in pricing negotiations and discount offerings, maximizing deal value.
- Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global's complete product portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales with 1-3 years of software (SaaS) sales experience to Small Medium Businesses.
- Familiarity with IT Security concepts and interest in helping SMB organizations strengthen their security awareness.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM + Gmail, Network+ or Security+ certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated, energetic self-starter who thrives on prospecting and cold calling.
- Stats-driven business professional who leverages metrics to optimize performance.
