What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and close net new SMB customers through strategic cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting.
- Maximize conversion of inbound marketing leads into revenue opportunities.
- Conduct compelling online demos of hirify.global's Security Awareness Training Platform, articulating its value proposition.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through relationship building and consistent prospecting.
- Own the complete sales cycle, from identifying key decision-makers to forecasting new business.
- Execute strategic pricing negotiations and champion product expertise to promote solutions against competitive alternatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record with 1-3 years of software (SaaS) sales experience to Small Medium Businesses, demonstrating consistent quota achievement.
- Familiarity with IT Security concepts and a genuine interest in helping SMB organizations strengthen their security awareness.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM + Gmail; Network+ or Security+ certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the natural ability to build rapport and conduct compelling presentations.
- Motivated, energetic self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives on prospecting and cold calling.
