What you will do
- Oversee the implementation, management, and daily optimization of campaign activity to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Create programmatic strategies for the client portfolio, ensuring strategies align with client objectives and KPIs.
- Complete client reporting and analyze campaign results, extracting insights to provide recommendations for future activity.
- Develop strong relationships with media owners and service providers to select the most appropriate suppliers for campaigns.
- Ensure effective management of junior team members, monitoring workloads, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Support the day-to-day QA process, minimizing errors, and ensuring adherence to process with teams locally and in the Global Hub.
Requirements
- Passionate about programmatic activation and driving continued excellence.
- Confidence in DSPs, DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
- Ability to translate technical points to non-technical audiences and coach others to do the same.
- Analytically minded with an aptitude for handling large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing roadmaps in the Programmatic space – audience, media, creative.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing client and supplier relationships.
