What you will do
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales quotas through new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Identify and engage key decision makers to develop and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct compelling product demos that showcase ROI and connect security awareness to business outcomes.
- Follow up on marketing leads and collaborate with internal teams to articulate hirify.global's value proposition.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with consistent overachievement.
- Comfortable with highly self-sourced pipeline development (Hunter Mentality).
- Expertise in uncovering underlying business issues and operational challenges.
- Ability to understand and articulate cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
- Dynamic communication skills for value-driven presentations.
- Proven capability to manage multiple deals without compromising quality standards.
- Relentless determination and grit to achieve and exceed targets.
