What you will do

  • Consistently achieve/exceed sales quotas through new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Identify and engage key decision makers to develop and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct compelling product demos that showcase ROI and connect security awareness to business outcomes.
  • Follow up on marketing leads and collaborate with internal teams to articulate hirify.global's value proposition.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with consistent overachievement.
  • Comfortable with highly self-sourced pipeline development (Hunter Mentality).
  • Expertise in uncovering underlying business issues and operational challenges.
  • Ability to understand and articulate cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Dynamic communication skills for value-driven presentations.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple deals without compromising quality standards.
  • Relentless determination and grit to achieve and exceed targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology.
