What you will do

• Lead and mentor front-end developers and QA engineers for web and mobile experiences.
• Provide technical support and direction, ensuring timely project accomplishment.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams on scalable architectures.
• Translate product requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Elevate code quality, performance, and user experience through guidance and reviews.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource plans, monitoring performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading front-end teams delivering web and mobile applications.
• Deep technical expertise in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, React Native) and mobile development.
• Strong understanding of architecture, system design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
