TL;DR

Account Executive (ENT/Strategic): Managing and maximizing sales opportunities within assigned enterprise customer accounts, focusing on promoting and selling hirify.global’s cybersecurity products and services. Focus on identifying and closing net new customers, building pipeline, and achieving monthly sales quotas for organizations with 1501+ employees.

Location: Remote positions are open in the US office only, with a preference for candidates in Austin, Texas.

Compensation: $200,000–$210,000 (including base, bonuses, and commissions)

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global’s range of cybersecurity products and services to enterprise-sized businesses (1501+ employees).
  • Identify and close net new customers and reactivate dark (lapsed) customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by developing relationships and high-level prospecting.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s products and help customers improve their security awareness.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records for customer interactions in compliance with administration policy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with 3 years of experience selling software to Small Medium Enterprise.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security Field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter with strong collaborative skills.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Network+ or Security+ certifications.
