Salary: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00

What you will do

• Drive project cadence and delivery, ensuring milestones and dependencies stay on track
• Model exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement across cross‑functional teams
• Drive team accountability, reinforcing commitments, removing blockers, and maintaining focus on outcomes
• Maintain high organizational discipline, managing backlogs, schedules, risks, and documentation
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, building strong relationships across business, technical, and partner teams
• Design, implement, and reinforce delivery processes and standards that improve efficiency and predictability

Requirements

• Knowledge of effective planning techniques
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
• Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for data gathering and reporting
• Knowledge of project control and reporting
• Knowledge of IT project management
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Extensive experience in program/project management concepts
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proven experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience with tools such as Confluence, Miro and Aha!
• Experience navigating hirify.global’s digital portfolio
