TL;DR

Creative Strategist: Developing and executing data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns with an accent on performance goals and visual brand consistency. Focus on analyzing ad testing data, optimizing campaign performance, and creating compelling copy for e-commerce products.

Location: Based in Vilnius (hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day), or Kaunas, Klaipėda, Riga (onsite, hybrid, or remote options depending on the role). Candidates must have excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.

Salary: 3000–5500 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns.
• Develop compelling copy for sales and KPI-oriented outcomes.
• Oversee visual brand execution across marketing materials.
• Write comprehensive briefs for creative professionals (designers, editors, animators, actors).
• Analyze ad testing data to optimize performance.
• Conduct competitor ad analyses to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Proven experience working with e-commerce products.
• Experience creating performance marketing campaigns in the USA market.
• 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on measurable results.
• Ability to influence, tell stories, synthesize key messages, and present them visually.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.
