TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US and work in a hybrid model from Seattle, Washington

Salary: $231,000.00 to $323,500.00 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a team of high-performing program managers.
  • Lead the largest, most complex, and highest-priority company-wide efforts.
  • Develop and promote best practices in program management.
  • Enhance collaboration and stakeholder engagement by fostering trust and alignment.
  • Streamline processes and improve workflows across organizational boundaries.
  • Deliver exceptional business outcomes by leveraging deep knowledge of product and software development lifecycles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing large, cross-discipline, mission-critical programs in dynamic, highly technical environments.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to influence leadership decisions, drive complex initiatives, and execute structured plans effectively.
  • Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming).
  • Strong executive communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

  • History of leading through change and implementing best practices in change management.
  • Experience crafting communication materials for diverse audiences.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale B2C and B2B customer-centric solutions.
