What you will do

• Lead the technical "forking" and integration of the Essentials CI/CD tool into the CRT stack to enable AgentOps vision.
• Design and implement robust REST and GraphQL API layers using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
• Drive the transition of legacy components to a modern Angular 19+ modular architecture.
• Integrate hirify.global’s AI platform and agents into core workflows to create autonomous user journeys.
• Develop and optimize scalable backend workflows using AWS Step Functions and manage containerized microservices with Kubernetes.
• Enhance system scalability by adopting lazy loading, caching, and efficient data binding to reduce page load times and API latency.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, Angular (v19+), and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, general cloud management, and container orchestration.
• Deep understanding of secure data rendering, authentication, and RESTful/GraphQL API patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Nx.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL (SQL/NoSQL) and optimizing data throughput.
• Strong bias for action and the ability to drive complex architectural solutions with urgency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce (LWC/Visualforce).
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
