What you will do
- Lead a sales team in developing prospects by example, coaching, and mentoring, focusing on their skills and career progression.
- Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage customer relationships for new customers to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades.
- Provide accurate sales volume forecasting.
- Implement regional sales programs and training plans with your team.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales management in FX or cross-border financial services.
- Financial Services experience with a valuable network.
- First-class communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
- Skilled negotiator, capable of building and leveraging relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
- Fluent in Portuguese and business-level English.
