Location: Hybrid Work (2 days in the office recommended but not enforced), with offices across Europe (headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania, with multiple locations in Lithuania, Berlin, Germany, and Amsterdam, Netherlands). Opportunity for workation up to 90 days per year, with 21 days outside EU.

Salary: €103,200–€139,600 gross per year.

What you will do

• Lead the user experience vision and strategy for Trust, Security, and Help Experience domains in strategic planning.
• Represent member perspectives and ensure trust and safety needs drive product direction.
• Ensure high-quality design execution and consistent craft standards across all three domains.
• Build and develop the design team through recruiting, hiring, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with business and legal stakeholders to deliver compliant and efficient member experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience building 0-to-1 products and scaling platforms in complex product domains.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric strategist.
• Track record of building high-performing design delivery and leadership teams.
• Empathetic team leader who supports team growth through constructive feedback.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+).

Nice to have

• Experience designing for trust & safety, risk mitigation, or fraud prevention.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered detection and moderation systems.
