TL;DR

Junior Fitness Software Account Manager (Benelux): Managing a portfolio of customers in the health and fitness industry within the Benelux region with an accent on retaining customers, mitigating churn, and upselling additional modules. Focus on building strong relationships, providing tailored recommendations, and achieving monthly targets through a defined sales process.

Location: Hybrid within the Netherlands. Must live in the Netherlands or be open to moving to the Netherlands and hold a Dutch citizen service number (BSN). Remote work within Europe is allowed for up to 4 weeks at a time, for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year.

What you will do

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for your customers.
  • Engage with existing customers through high velocity outbound prospecting to upsell, renew, and cross-sell.
  • Keep track of upsell opportunities through a defined sales process within Salesforce.com to achieve and surpass your monthly targets.
  • Coach merchants to grow their business by providing tailored and structured recommendations to achieve those goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize the growth of your book of business.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to identify accounts at risk and prevent churn.

Requirements

  • Experience as a BDR and/or within the fitness or gym industry.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in a high velocity B2B (SMB) environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner, experience selling over the phone.
  • Strong presentation skills and high interest in tech.
  • You’re a fluent Dutch speaker and speak English on a fluent level.
