We are looking for a Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, transparency, and predictability.

What you will do

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, analytics, and DevOps.
• Establish clear communication and alignment between teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively propose and implement solutions.
• Support and continuously improve delivery processes and Agile practices.
• Maintain transparency, manage expectations, and ensure accountability across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong technical background and hands-on experience working with software development teams.
• Experience working with delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time).
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Familiarity with project and delivery management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Experience building or scaling delivery processes.
• Background in software development, product management, or IT consulting.
• Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools in daily work.
