TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Hrtech): Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on driving adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction. Focus on building strong customer relationships, mitigating churn, and identifying growth opportunities.

Location: Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office 2 days a week (Tuesday & Thursday)

Salary: $89,000 - $121,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks including status calls and business reviews.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on adoption and usage.
  • Work closely with customers to help them change their workplace and achieve their business goals.
  • Become a trusted advisor and customer advocate within hirify.global, collaborating with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Protect existing revenue streams and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate churn.

Requirements

  • SaaS Account Management or CSM experience, owning a book of business with targets on net retention.
  • Experience working in a B2B (client-facing) role.
  • A passion to learn the products’ functionality and be tech-savvy.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
  • Executive project management skills and ability to communicate effectively across the C-suite.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SFDC, Asana, and/or ChurnZero.
  • An HR or HRM background.
