What you will do

• Perform data integration, variable preparation, and quality control to create analysis-ready datasets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage data logistics, specifications, and transfers.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Gather requirements and translate reporting business needs into functional requirements for data extracts.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for business unit data sources, segmentation rules, and aggregates.
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of test and control scenarios and iteratively improve reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Omnichannel Campaign Analytics, commercial analytics, or digital analytics.
• Medium proficiency in Azure Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Well-versed with data sets and analysis using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DoubleClick for Search.
• Experience in handling large datasets and building custom, intuitive, interactive, and dynamic dashboards.
• Basic understanding of pharma commercial KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
