What you will do

• Identify opportunities to evolve services and implement new ways of working to set the standard for social marketing excellence.
• Inspire and coach junior specialists to embrace a social-first approach where creativity and data drive performance.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of social culture and platform dynamics across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Proven experience in brand building & storytelling, creating meaningful brand presence on social.
• Advanced Paid Social expertise, managing complex setups and translating high-level strategies into effective results.
• Confidence in leading client dialogue, acting as a trusted advisor, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and curious mindset that challenges the status quo and pushes work forward with new ideas.
• Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
