What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing acquisition team across various channels (Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, Martech).
• Set and deliver insight-led acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and player needs.
• Manage Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Investment (ROI) through robust tracking and reporting.
• Shape future marketing and advertising technology needs in partnership with the UKI Marketing Technology team.
• Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy across acquisition journeys using testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to optimise campaign creative, landing pages, and user journeys.
• Actively explore and implement AI, Machine Learning, and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Significant experience in acquisition marketing across organic and paid channels, ideally within online gaming or gambling.
• Strong track record of managing large acquisition budgets and delivering profitable growth.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing channels and supporting systems.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
