hirify.global is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer.

What you will do

• Create visual assets for digital and print materials.
• Support the development of brand-aligned creatives.
• Design and edit imagery, thumbnails, and basic animations for marketing initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill design requests.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure consistent design standards across all materials.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field (internships and academic projects are welcome).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Basic understanding of motion design.
• Strong knowledge of layout design, colour theory, and typography.
• Strong attention to detail and good visual judgement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
